Cognitive Skills Report

Track your mental fitness across nine cognitive domains — with a mastery score that reflects how you actually train.

In short: the Cognitive Skills Report shows a 0–100 mastery bar for each of nine cognitive skills, built from your server-verified game sessions. Scoring rewards consistency, variety and difficulty rather than repetition alone, decays gently when you stop training, and recovers quickly when you return. It measures your training progress on this platform — not your intelligence.

The nine measured skills

How mastery scoring works

Every valid game session is timed server-side in milliseconds and scored for accuracy and difficulty. Each game feeds specific skills, and your performance in those skills converts into effective training (effective plays): an average session counts as one, a strong session counts for more, a weak one for less.

Mastery for each skill grows from 0 to 100 with consistent training. The first 40 effective plays take you to 70 — early gains come fast — and every 5 effective plays after that add one point, up to 100. For example: 5 effective plays ≈ 15%, 20 ≈ 42%, 40 = 70%, 90 = 80%, and 190 = 100%.

How you train changes how fast you progress:

Consistency is protected in both directions. A skill you stop training loses a few displayed points (−1 after a week, at most −15 after five weeks), but nothing you earned is deleted — your first three valid sessions back restore the lost points in 40/30/30 steps. The dashboard shows your current active mastery; a lifetime mastery accumulates underneath and never decreases.

Only valid, server-verified sessions count. Invalid or flagged sessions earn nothing — so scores cannot be inflated by rapid tapping or automation.

What mastery is — and what it is not

A mastery percentage is your training progress on this platform: how much consistent, varied, verified practice you have invested in that skill. It is not a percentage of your brain, not a medical assessment, and not an IQ score. Whether training transfers beyond the trained tasks is a genuinely debated research question — the report measures what you actually trained, honestly.
